2. Refund Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- You must contact us within 7 days of your order date.
- You must provide your order number, proof of payment, and a clear explanation of the issue.
- Our support team must first attempt to resolve the issue.
Once verified, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
3. No Refunds After 7 Days or for Misuse
Refunds are not available if:
- The request is made after 7 days of purchase.
- You have used or shared your IPTV account in violation of our Terms of Service.
- The issue is caused by your internet connection, device incompatibility, or external factors beyond our control.
